Topics from Vlog #22:

- Are you really interested in what other people do?
- How to become calmer and more focused on your life?
- How to find time for yourself?
Watch the film:
It's been one month since I have ditched my smartphone.
I have sold it, and you maybe wondering what is the most striking benefit of this month without a smartphone?
I'm going to tell you, there's a lot of benefits. But one that strikes me the most is that I have stopped comparing myself to others and not only on social media because I have stopped using social media a long time ago, but having a smartphone in your pocket makes it too easy to go on YouTube and to see how other people film their vlogs, how other people travel, how other people raise their children, and not having the smartphone in your pocket makes it a lot quieter, easier and a lot easier not to focus on other lives, but rather focus on your life.
Since this one month without a smartphone, I am focusing a lot more on my life.
In a more calmer way of life, I am more calm. I am more sure of myself more confident, but also I create a lot more, which you can see on this channel. The frequency of my vlogging has increased because when you don't compare yourself to others, you don't have this feeling that what you create is not enough, that's what you create is not good. So you should not probably release it. It's much easier to create when you don't compare yourself to others. The lack of comparisons to others is by far the most striking benefit of one month without a smartphone.
